Privacy information.
This page describes the website as it currently operates. A workflow review is booked online through Cal.com. Writing the task out instead is not open yet.
Information entered on this website
The written request card at the foot of the home page, folded away under “Rather write it out?”, asks for your name, your email address, and the task that keeps repeating. It is not open yet: its fields are switched off and the card says so. Nothing you type is stored by this website, and nothing is sent anywhere until a service to receive it is set up — this page will be updated first, and will name that service. The site has no account creation or file uploads. The time estimate works out its totals in the page. If you carry those numbers to the booking page, the task and the hours you entered travel in the web address as the booking note and arrive at Cal.com already filled in, where you can change or delete them before you book; your hourly cost is never carried. If you carry them to the written request instead, the same sentence is copied into its “What keeps repeating?” box, where you can change or delete it, and it goes no further. The email address in the page footer opens a message in your own email app, addressed to harleydoughertyart@gmail.com, which you decide whether to send.
Analytics and browser storage
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and Vercel Speed Insights to measure how quickly pages load. Neither relies on cookies or stores information that identifies you: visits are counted with a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, and each record holds only details such as the page, the referring site, the approximate location, and the browser, operating system and device type. See Vercel Web Analytics privacy. The website does not include advertising pixels. Edits in the sample illustration, task selections, and the numbers in the time estimate stay in this page’s memory. They are not submitted or saved in cookies or local storage.
Website delivery
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel receives the technical information needed to deliver web pages, such as your IP address and browser request information. See Vercel’s privacy policy. The site’s typefaces are served from this website, so no font requests go to Google. Every page here except the booking page loads everything from this website: opening one makes no request to any other company and sets no cookies at all. The booking page is the single exception, and it is described below.
Booking a review
Every booking button on the site — “Book a free review” in the header, and “Book the free 20 minutes” in the opening, beside the time estimate and at the foot of the page — points at /book/, a page on this website. The exception is the button beside the time estimate, which goes to Cal.com directly because it carries the task and hours you entered with it. The address each button carries says only which button was pressed.
The booking page shows Harley’s calendar from Cal.com, a separate scheduling service, inside a frame, with a link above it that opens the same calendar at cal.com instead. Opening the booking page therefore contacts Cal.com whether or not you go on to book, and that happens as the page loads, before you do anything. What it loads is the scheduler itself and the typefaces, scripts and images it needs, from cal.com and app.cal.com; a photograph of Harley from Google’s user-content service; and one request to Sentry, the error-reporting service Cal.com uses to find its own faults. Cal.com also sets three cookies of its own on the cal.com domain — one its network uses to tell visitors from bots, and two its booking page uses for sign-in and to remember where to return you. Those cookies belong to Cal.com; this website cannot read them, and none of them are set by this website or used to track you across it. If you would rather not load any of that, the calendar can be opened at cal.com directly from the link on that page. If you book a time, Cal.com receives what you enter there, such as your name, email address and any notes — including the task and hours already filled in for you if you arrived from the time estimate — and adds the meeting, with a Google Meet link, to Harley’s Google Calendar. See Cal.com’s privacy policy. If an online form service is added later, this page will be updated first. Please do not share customer records or confidential business documents through an introductory inquiry.
